Oops!

It would seem that since I last updated that I was starting over, I got so busy actually starting over and rebuilding myself and my life and living that I haven't updated. Ever. Sorry. I know I now have no audience, but hey...if a life can be rebuilt so can an audience.

So, what occupies my time these days? Lots of things. Art, art, and more art! Yes...I am working as an artist. Kinda. I am teaching art at the fabulous Indianapolis Art Center and I am LOVING every second of it! I am no longer teaching preschool because, as of this fall, I am trying to make it as an ARTIST! I know, it seems silly...I am an artist. But, it has (mostly) been for fun and I had these pipe dreams. But, a dream is just a dream until you make it reality. I know I have the talent and the desire, but I have to cultivate the drive and take the leap of faith. I have never felt happier.

I am still nannying for the Bunch and I love those kids. The munchkin that was not quite a month when we met is now a 5 year-old and just started Kindergarten! :( Crazy! And I spent a lovely summer with my beautiful niece, Chloe, who will be 10 on Tuesday. I just cannot believe that the child who changed my world will be double-digits in a few short days. GULP! It's so sad sometimes because I miss her toddler days, but she is still the sweetest child that may have every lived and is my greatest source of happiness. It is exciting though, her growing up. We are getting closer and closer to that trip to Paris I've promised her when she is 16...or have we worked it down to 13?! I'd LOVE that!!! You know me.....Paris is never far from my thoughts.

So...that is just a quick update. I will be posting lots of updates and pics very soon. This weekend promises a big to-d0...we are working on clearing out the garage because we are converting a section into my first STUDIO!!! :) I can't wait to show you!
